Cooking instructions:
- Place on parchment paper
- Proof in the oven overnight (8-10 hrs)
- Remove from oven and preheat at 375F
- Bake25-30mins
- Tip: To make them shiny, spread some egg wash (50% cream, 50% yolks) on top before baking
