Easter Ready-To-Cook Beef Wellington

Classic beef wellington with dry-aged tenderloin from Cumbrae's network of traditional artisanal farms, Prosciutto di Parma, mushroom duxelles and puff pastry made in-house by our pastry team.

Items are uncooked. A cooking instruction sheet will be provided, and are mentioned below.
  • Small serves 3-4 people
  • Large serves 6-7 people

 

Instructions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 420F
  2. Place Beef Wellington on the provided parchment paper on a tray
  3. Once oven is heated, place tray in the middle of the oven
  4. Cook for 40-45 minutes until pastry is fully cooked and golden brown
  5. Allow to rest for 15 minutes before slicing using a serrated knife
  6. Enjoy!


We are not a nut-free facility, therefore cross-contamination may occur.

Orders may be placed before Thursday, April 17th, at 5pm. 

Pick-up and delivery dates are Friday April 18th, Saturday 19th and Monday 21st. 

Our Grocer is closed on Easter Sunday, April 20th.
