Pasta Jesce Trofie

  • Contains wheat (gluten)
  • *May contain traces of soy and shellfish
  • Ingredients: 100% Italian durum wheat semolina, water
  • Cooking time: 10-12 mins
  • Bring 1L of water (per 100g of pasta) to a boil. Add 10g of salt per litre of water. Wait 30 seconds and add the desired quantity. After 30 seconds, not before, stir the pasta slowly for 5 seconds. Stir again every 60 seconds until cooking time. Use a strainer to remove the water and season.
