A cooking instruction sheet will be provided
We require a 72-hour notice, as it is made to order.
- Small serves 3-4 people
- Large serves 8-10 people
Instructions:

Pre-heat oven to 420F
- Place Beef Wellington on the provided parchment paper on a tray
- Once oven is heated, place tray in the middle of the oven
- Cook for 40-45 minutes until pastry is fully cooked and golden brown
- Allow to rest for 15 minutes before slicing using a serrated knife
