Ready-To-Cook Beef Wellington

  • Made with dry-aged tenderloin, mushroom duxelles, Prosciutto di Parma, wrapped in puffy pastry.
  • An instruction sheet will be provided. We require a 48-72-hour notice, as it is made to order.

Recommended weight per person:

  • 2 lbs feed: 2-3 people
  • 3 lbs feed: 3-4 people
  • 4 lbs feed: 4-5 people
  • 5 lbs feed: 5-6 people


  1. Pre-heat oven to 420F
  2. Place Beef Wellington on the provided parchment paper on a tray
  3. Once oven is heated, place tray in the middle of the oven
  4. Cook for 40-45 minutes until pastry is fully cooked and golden brown
  5. Allow to rest for 15 minutes before slicing using a serrated knife
  6. Enjoy!
