Ready-To-Cook Beef Wellington
- Made with dry-aged tenderloin, mushroom duxelles, Prosciutto di Parma, wrapped in puffy pastry.
- An instruction sheet will be provided. We require a 48-72-hour notice, as it is made to order.
Recommended weight per person:
- 2 lbs feed: 2-3 people
- 3 lbs feed: 3-4 people
- 4 lbs feed: 4-5 people
- 5 lbs feed: 5-6 people
Pre-heat oven to 420F
- Place Beef Wellington on the provided parchment paper on a tray
- Once oven is heated, place tray in the middle of the oven
- Cook for 40-45 minutes until pastry is fully cooked and golden brown
- Allow to rest for 15 minutes before slicing using a serrated knife
